The Five Elements
Five circles,
five breaths suspended in space,
like so many heartbeats of the world.
Each canvas is a presence,
a unique vibration,
a memory of life.
Air is sensed in the movement,
light traces, invisible currents,
a free breath that flows through without ever lingering.
Water stretches and transforms,
a shifting mirror, fluid depth,
it embraces, it connects, it carries away.
Fire dances in bursts,
vibrant energy, a fiery pulse,
it consumes and illuminates in a single gesture.
Earth anchors itself, dense and silent,
primordial matter, stable and fertile,
it bears, contains, nourishes.
And the ether, almost elusive,
opens a space beyond the visible,
a subtle field where everything flows,
where everything becomes possible.
United, these five circles converse, balance one another,
in an ancient and essential harmony.
Like a sensitive map
of the forces that flow through us,
and connect us.
Each circle supports the others;
any absence would be a collapse.
For without air, fire dies out.
Without water, the earth closes in and cracks.
Without earth, nothing is anchored.
Without fire, nothing is transformed.
Without ether, nothing is connected.
A fragile balance,
where to exist
is to be connected.
